Usually a pop-up blocker is built in to your browser. On Firefox it is under the Content tab of Options. On Internet Explorer it is under the Privacy tab of Internet Options. Turn it on or off to allow those little small often-annoying windows, separate from the browser main window, from appearing (off) or letting them appear (on). If you NEED to turn them on and normally turn them OFF (as do I) then, turn them on only as long as you think absolutely necessary for one website and as soon as you leave that website, turn on the blocker again...
