Profits depend on purchase price, money invested in repairs/updates, and final sales price. IF you have the money and are ready to do this, will you please email me because I know how to buy homes for very little money, sometimes less than penny per dollar of value. Right now I am home with hip injury, out of job and raising grandchildren.
