Recipe for Cheryl's Cookies buttercream icing

Does anyone have a "mock" recipe for the buttercream icing/frosting that's used on the cutout cookies that Cheryl's Cookies sells?
I'd like to try to make them myself since they're soooo expensive. Thanks
