I like both, but they both have pros and cons. It all depends on what you'll be doing on the computer. If you're a gamer, you'll definitely want a PC. If you're someone who browses the internet, does a little word processing - general computer stuff, a Mac would probably be the way to go. One thing that the general public does not know, is viruses are mostly written to attack PCs. The reason being that 80% of the market uses PCs versus Mac's 20%. So for security reasons, and less virus trouble Macs definitely have an advantage. As far as price, Macs are a bit more expensive, but not too much more. And generally speaking, you don't have to get the latest and greatest Mac to get a good computer.
