Boloney!! You may tell yourself that you are happy. Healthy is just as important. You can ideally lose one pound a week so you have no hanging skin, etc. tell tale signs. What are your vices? Carbs, sugars, fats? Slowly cut down. 10 days of NO sugar and you stop craving it!! Did you know that? Luck to all-

No "never" change yourself if you are happy to please others.that's what this crazy world is all about that's why women's self-esteems are so low cause they watch tv etc. n think all women should look super thin under 100 lbs..to get a man ..Let's get real !!!Remember, it's not what counts on the outside that really matters it's the heart on the inside.Let someone love you for who you are...

If you're happy who you are - that's awesome. You don't have to be thin to get a date. However, if you look at it on a health standpoint - you'll live longer if you eat right!
If you do decide to lose weight - DON'T do it for anyone else. Do it for yourself. I've lost quite a bit of weight and I feel better about myself. It boosted my self-esteem and gave me a lot of confidence. I didn't lose the weight to impress anyone, I just wanted to feel better about myself as a person.
Just thought I'd post this just in case you're looking for other people's opinions. Good luck with whatever you decide!!

That would depend if you like dating more than being overweight. I lost a ton of weight because I like the way I look and fit into clothes more than I like eating the wrong food. You have to make a decision.
