Relocation packages are hard to come by these days. However, I have a couple of suggestions.
A lot of employers offer signing bonuses, which could cover most (if not all) of your relocation expenses. For example, here is an expired job post that offers a signing bonus: Legal Secretaries Wanted
Another option would be to check with the state's bar association for a list of private law firms. Private law firms usually have the most money, therefore would be able to offer a signing bonus or relocation package.
Companies who really need manpower are willing to do whatever it takes to get quality people in the door. Good luck!
