I've heard that super glue works.

Sounds unhealthy and it stings at first, but clear nail polish works. But like I said, probably not the most healthy thing to do but it does keep any additional bacteria from getting in the small cut, but I'd sure make sure you clean it thoroughly first so as not to trap any bacteria in.

Liquid Bandaid or NuSkin. Both equally beneficial and fast.
