The best thing to do is to keep your eyes and ears open for things that are "hot". In other words, look at things that are really booming like real estate. When the market is hot, flip some houses. Another example of something that's hot right now, is internet advertising. Put up a website, run some ads on it and make some easy money. Basically what I'm saying is it's going to require some effort. Just like anything that's worthwhile. Most millionaires don't make their money sitting on their sofa. Have an entrepreneur's mindset and thing of things that are easy targets. Good luck!
