I'm looking for a recipe for German Pancakes. I know they have lots of eggs in it, but that's all I know.
German Pancakes with Apple Syrup Melt 6 T. Butter in glass baking dish. Beat together the following: 6 Eggs 1 C. Milk 1 C. Flour 1/4 t. salt Pour into baking dish. Do not stir with the butter Bake at 425o for 25-30 min. Syrup: 1 C. Sugar 2 T. Cornstarch 2 T. Lemon Juice ½ t. Cinnamon 1/4 t. Nutmeg 1/4 t. Clove 2 C. Apple Cider Bring to a boil. Cook until clear.
