is there a way i can view available wireless networks in win 2000? no, it does not have this like XP does. can i get a program or something?

I have had this hone for almost a year, and for the life of me, I can't get music on it. The cd that came with the phone doesn't work. I also have a usb cable but can't add ringtones from my music folder on my computer Can anybody help??
